懺悔說詞
在家做懺悔的步驟
1、在做懺悔前,先刷牙漱口。
2、看著藥師佛照片，雙手合十，稱念「南無藥師琉璃光如來」三次，每念一次佛號,就禮拜佛像一次。
3、看著佛像，說「懺悔說辭」 並恭敬真誠的悔悟過去所犯的錯誤，且不再犯過，這樣懺悔才能洗淨自己的過錯。
4、將佛前懺悔的功德做迴向。
【懺悔說詞範例】
弟子（自己的名字），在藥師佛前真心懺悔，（接個別需要說辭）
★｢墮胎殺業」的說辭：因為自己的無知，犯下墮胎的殺業，在藥師佛前真心懺悔。
祈求功名 / 考試 / 課業學習
★「感情不順」的說辭：因為自己過去生所結下許多的不善因緣，致使今生感情不順，在藥師佛前真心懺悔。
找工作 / 面試錄取 / 事業順利
★｢身體病痛」的說辭：因為自己過去生造作很多的殺業, 致使今生病痛纏身，在藥師佛前真心懺悔。
健康 / 開刀 / 出入平安
【迴向說辭】
願以此功德供養十方三世諸佛； 再以此功德迴向給○○（自己或他人的名字）的冤親債主，祈願 藥師佛能幫助他們離苦得樂。
再以此功德迴向○○(自己或他人的名字)，願○○（自己或他人的名字）業障消除，○○（說明祈願內容）。
